The Fibre Company: Zen Variations
We had originally planned a very different shoot for this collection. There was going to be beaches and sand and rocks and big moody skies. Turned out, there was also gale force winds and horizontal rain. Wanting to maintain my reputation (Tommy Martin: “never knowingly lost a model”), and with discretion being the better part of valour, we retreated to Plan B backup location (the one with a roof). I love what we shot here (and I’m fairly sure that this particular location has never been made to look this metropolitan before), but still plan a return to the sea shore of Plan A just as soon as we get a chance.
Fantastic to work with the Fibre Co team again… and great to shoot with Stacey again. It’s always nice, and slightly weird, when you’ve worked with a model enough to be able to mostly direct them telepathically.
